Pre Soup Diet Blog

AHOY!
I apologize for neglecting you blog. I have been busy working and stuff.
Today and Yesterday I have been sick! Cold and Sore throat. Im stressing cause i have missed 2 days of work...which isn't good.
I am going to Jamaica on the 25th, thank god cause i need a vacation! Me and  my bestie are going for a week! Relaxation in the sun! WOOO!
What else....hmm.. I saw Eat, Pray, Love and it made me want a change in my life.... that news is coming later though.

SO! SOUP DIET STARTS TOMORROW!

Apparently you can lose up to 17 pounds in one week if you follow it exactly! Which is exactly what I plan on doing! I need to lose a few for sure! If i see results i will do it every week, taking 2 days off at a time, for the rest of the year... why not right?

*sigh* im so stuffy and congested...i just wanted to document my soup diet!
Hopefully i feel better tomorrow!

So my birthday has recently passed (okay so maybe it was a month ago), I'm just getting around to posting this now.


My boyfriend surprised me!
 I was pretty excited when I got a package in the mail from the United Kingdom...my boyfriend is the best!

Just a Couple things...

1. Are you a meticulous planner?

YES! I need to plan every detail of every little thing that I do. I can be spontaneous though. But when it comes to trips or special occasions I am a planner

2. Do you wear make up and if so how much and how often?

I wear makeup EVERY day. Sometimes not to work. But I put makeup on everyday! What I wear... MAC Face and Body Foundation, Cover Girl Mineral Bronzer, Dior Show Liquid Liner, DiorShow Mascara...thats just a basic everyday makeup!

3. What, if anything, do you wear to bed?

A nighty...or just my shorts and tank top. 

4. Look over your right shoulder, what do you see?

My DVD stand

5. If you had to take a random item to an interview to describe you, what would it be?

My makeup bag! (with all my makeup in it of course!)

6. What film would you like to have a starring role in?

Anything with Robert Pattinson where we have a love story together!

7. Jimmy Stewart or Carey Grant?

Carey Grant in his hayday! but really Clark Gable if i had to pick someone from that era

8.  Do you swear in front of your children?

I don't have children. But I would definitely TRY not to swear around them, last thing you want is your child repeating your bad words.

9. Do you knit or sew or do any other “womanly” craft?

I don't knit or sew. I do cook and do laundry however...

Canada Day and some sad news

Today is Canada Day, so, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANADA! My best friend, Sommer, and I are going to watch the fireworks up in Port Perry tonight, they are supposed to be the best up there! I will make a video and post it under here tomorrow to show you guys the amazing fireworks! :) 

In other news, this morning I logged onto Facebook, doing my usual thing, and I noticed a friend of mines facebook status. It was about the loss of one of her best friends, Kaleigh.  I have known Kaleigh since we were young too, but only because we had danced at the same dance studio and more recently, because we worked together, we actually started on the same day.  I was shocked to read this news! Kaleigh was only 23 years old, a year older than I am! Makes you really think about life and how it can be here one day and gone tomorrow. I myself, am mourning her death, i'm sure i don't feel the same sadness as her friends, but she was a girl who was full of life and happiness and had a great attitude. People were naturally drawn to her spirit, I could see that from a far.  So, to all of Kaleighs friends and family, I am so sorry for your loss! 

And to all of you people, make sure you appreciate the people who are here today, your family and your friends, you dont't know what tomorrow brings.

Pacino was my first ever cat. My ex bf ended up keeping him when we broke up. And a couple weeks ago he passed away. He was the most amazing cat ever. He knew what you were feeling...he got me through a lot of stuff.
